By purchasing jewellery from J I Designs you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment
Payment is processed via PayPal. You can use PayPal with a credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account. Full payment is required when placing an order.

In the event that I am unable to supply the goods, I will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.

Pricing

All goods and prices are subject to change. All prices are in Sterling and inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but do not include delivery charges.

Whilst I make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed on this website, errors may occur. If I discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered I will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If I am unable to reach you I will treat the order as cancelled.

Delivery

I aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days once payment is received and will do my best to fulfil this. In the event of a delay, I will email you with details of the new dispatch date.

Postage is charged at £2.50 to addresses within the UK and ROI. Items will be posted via Royal Mail's First Class Recorded Signed For service. If you require your order urgently, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. If you live outside the UK and ROI please contact me before placing your order.

All jewellery is shipped in a gift-wrapped box or organza bag, inside a padded envelope (usually recycled).

Returns

I hope you will be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems please contact me as soon as you receive the goods, at info@jidesigns.co.uk

I know how difficult it can be to buy from the internet and I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. So if you are not satisfied, for what ever reason, I am happy to offer a refund (excluding P&P) or exchange, providing goods are returned within 14 days, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office. I recommend using Recorded Delivery if the value is above the £30 maximum compensation. Ensure your name and address is enclosed together with the reason for your return.

I take great care in checking and packaging your order so that it arrives with you safely. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit or arrive incomplete, please notify me within 3 days for a refund or replacement. Damaged goods should be returned to me as above.

All jewellery is guaranteed for one year. In the unfortunate event that an item breaks due to my craftsmanship within that time, I can repair or replace it free of charge. However, if an item is damaged through misuse, neglect, accident, or by 'normal' wear and tear, I will not offer a refund, but can repair the item for an additional charge. Nothing lasts forever though, and if a piece simply wears out maybe it's time to treat yourself to something new.

Regrettably, due to health and hygiene regulations earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Commissions that have been made to your specifications cannot be returned.

Privacy & Data Protection Policy

In accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act, I only collect the information I need to process your order. All customer details are kept secure and I will not sell, share or trade your personal data with any third parties.

Commissions

If you would like a piece of jewellery which has already sold or have something specific in mind, just email me at info@jidesigns.co.ukwith the details of what you are looking for and when you need it by, and I'll get back to you ASAP. A deposit of 50% is requested once a design is ready to commence.
